Rat brain sections labelled with 3H QNB (muscarinic receptor ligand) were exposed to both the BAS 3000 phosphor plate imager and autoradiographic film. The image demonstrates the use of a high resolution phosphor imager (the BAS 3000 is a 50 um machine) for quantitative receptor binding.
